Hello
My posting today is a 'resist' and masking technique ! My dearest husband Dave, bought me a wonderful array of stamping up products for christmas, from my dear friend Ruth, who is a STAMPING UP demonstrator !
I first stamped the butterflies and then masked them, then embossed the background with clear ink and clear embossing powder, then used a heat gun! Next i remasked the butterflies and inked the background with Memento Inks.I then removed the masks from the butterflies and coloured them with my trusty prismacolour pencils and Sansodor mineral spirit ! The large background stamp is called 'FRENCH SCRIPT' from Stampin Up and the butterfly stamp is from OUR DAILY BREAD DESIGNS.Hope you like it !! I'm entering this card into the following challenges.......http://stampinsistersinchrist.blogspot.com/2011/02/challenge-75-hebrews-135.html
Wow Chris, this card is a stunner, your colouring is amazing. It would look great on canvas too.
