TAST 2012 Feather stitch...week 3

Hello all, a very windy saturday in the UK today ! So we are on week 3 of the TAST 2012 challenge.......





feather stitch is the order of the week ! I had a wonderful week doing this mandala, such a wonderful stitch to play with, meandering here and there......Thanks Sharon, this one has been such a treat ! I was a little naughty and sneeked in some french and colonial knots and some bullions for this design.......such Fun.....Thanks for looking and your comments are much appreciated !!! Chris this is just gorgeous...I don't think I have seen 'feather' stitch like this before its so beautiful with all the beads and different knots...How on earth have you done all those beads around the centre piece...also is your background glittery or is just that light....I can see why you enjoy this challenge as every week you produce another stunning creation...
