TAST 2012 COUCHING WEEK 9

Hello people, here is my sample for TAST 2012 WEEK 9 ! Couching is something that I have not done a lot of,




so I took the bull by the horns and the first thing that I thought of was a tree ! I adore trees,I think it is so sad to chop them down....so in honour of the mighty oak, this is MY tree.............I couches down all the foundation branches and then used a crochet hook ti intertwine and knarl the branches...twisting and turning, I then added lots of beads and french knots.........Hope you like my mighty blossom tree..........xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx !!!!!

    Well my friend you have done it again! Absolutely fabulous tree love how you have done the main body of the tree and the little blossom flowers are amazing....your work just gets better and better....can't wait to see next weeks creation.

    I don't know how you manage to come up with so many wonderful ideas. I am not sure what the couching stitch is as I have never heard of it but your tree rendition comes up trumps. Love the blossom.
