TAST 2012 WEEK 33 PEKINESE STITCH !





Hello, as promised this is my second post ! This week the TAST stitch is Pekinese stitch..........I decided to do something on a large scale . So here is my Large flower , embellished with bugle beads and goldwork beading around the petals.....The usual DMC and perle threads on a felt ground fabric ! I love these colours on the black background..........hope you like this one.......Thank you all so much for your kind comments on my work, have a fabulous week-end...........Oh,.and Mike, loving your blog each day !!!!!!!!!!

  3. I certainly like this Mandala! The colours are my favourites and you show the Pekinese stitch to its fullest with the felt and the goldwork beading. Sorry for repeating myself, but your work is stunning and an inspiration to us all!

  4. Absolutely stunning work Chris...the colours are beautiful and what a fabulous design. I am sure you have inspired a lot of people with your gorgeous mandalas and it also shows them that you can work on a smaller canvas and still produce stunning masterpieces....
