Happy new year 2013 !

Happy new year all ! Hope you all had a very merry christmas !
This is just a short post to say that if I have missed anyone out, the last couple of weeks with comments.....I can only apologise and put things right, now that the festivities are almost over !!!
My dear husband, that love of my life has torn his Achilles tendon and is wearing
a lovely inflatable boot........He is waiting to have a scan (next week ) so as you can imagine life has been rather difficult over the christmas holiday.........There are so many things that he cannot do until it gets sorted ! No driving so we are perminantly stuck indoors for the forseeable future....so everything has been down to me (Housework, cooking etc..........) Please forgive my absence on your blogs !!!
       I would like to show you the neckwarmer that I made for a friend before christmas................................

Making 'Beady' whoopee and a very Merry Christmas !

Hello everyone, Such a hectic time of year.....I've managed to squeeze in this little post ! I'm still on my 'beady buzz' learning curve and have taught myself to BEAD CROCHET !  Have you ever tried to learn something and you just cannot get it.......

Well that has been me for the last fortnight....but EURIKA, all of a sudden it all fell into place and I finally had a glorious victory..........These are the fruits of my labours...........................

Now all i have to do is measure a few wrists, so that I can finish these lovely, spiral beady bracelets !!!

I also would like to bring to your attention these lovely readables that have  inspired me lately.................

These are beaded 3d shapes that are so original and make the most beautiful jewelry.........these are my ultimate goal, if I can get my head around the instructions !!!!

Also I found this wonderful magazine from 'BEAD AND BUTTON,

There are so many projects that I would love to try.......I think 2013 is going to be an amazingly creative year for me !!!

I'm having a 'BEADY' buzzzzzzzzzz ! ! !

Hello folks, its a very cold and frosty morning here in the UK......... I am having a great time with my beads at the moment ! I feel that I am on a learning curve. I wanted to give my embroidery another dimension and of course it had to be beads ! Being part of the 'BEAD JOURNAL PROJECT 2013 ' Has given me a new and invigorating hobby, which I am so enjoying......So this morning I would like to show you what I have been up to, this past couple of weeks....................

Sworovski crystals, myuki seed beads, and a lot of 'Peyote' beading techniques have gone into these pieces and I am so pleased with how they have turned out !! I really want to 'hone' my skills in this direction and make beautiful creations...........I think i'm on a new journey of creativity !!!
I am considering starting a new 'BEADING' blog........Anyway I hope you have enjoyed my Eye Candy and feel inspired....Thank you for popping in and have a terrific Sunday !!!!!!  xxxxxxxxxxxx
