Une passion française avec une touche de fin crochet !

Hello lovely friends , I've been merrily stitching and hooking my heart out this week and loved every second !
I am soooo enthralled by the french style of embroidery, it is so opulent and rich in creativity......I could stare at it all day long......Anyway enough babbling on, you came to see the 'EYE CANDY ' right ?

Embr----ochet.........Embroidery and Crochet, working together !

Hello dear friends, the sun is shining here in the UK and I am having a very peaceful and creative Friday !
I have come up with this idea of  using Embroidery and Crochet to create a 3D Hoop art image.............
Take a look at this 'eye' candy and I would love to hear your opinions on Embrochet--------

The flowers are crocheted with perle 8 threads    

And encrusted with crystals and beads !

Just adore the colours !

Belle broderie de style Français!

Hi everyone, thought I was overdue a good blog, so here we are ! I have been enthralled by some of the french embroidery I have encountered ! Such blogs as.......http://www.facilececile.com/ and http://sophiebrode.canalblog.com/.....excellent embroidery blogs with magical 'eye candy' ! Many techniques and wonderful colour combinations have given me so much inspiration....so I have decided to do my own versions of 'french style' embroidery.....Take a look...........

I am so happy with this example and plan to do more....hope you like the eye candy !

I also have been doing my 'Chelsea pillow' WIP......Here is a little glimpse........
